Legal & Ownership / Updated 18 October 2026
The work is shared.
The rights are reserved.
TwentyTwo-2 is operated by Hurstwood Consulting LLP. This site presents TwentyTwo-2’s work, including founder stories and collaborations. Showing the work does not transfer ownership or give permission to reproduce or commercialise it.
01 / Website operator
TwentyTwo-2 is operated by Hurstwood Consulting LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales, registration number OC435853.
Registered office: International House, 36–38 Cornhill, London, England, EC3V 3NG.
02 / Where this notice applies
This notice covers the TwentyTwo-2 public website, signed-in application, family Cabinet, shared guest experiences and guest menus on twentytwo2.bar and twentytwo2.app.
Menus, descriptions and artwork supplied by a venue may carry separate rights; this notice does not claim ownership of them. Third-party material remains subject to its owner's rights and applicable licences.
03 / Ownership
© 2026 Hurstwood Consulting LLP. All rights reserved, except where otherwise stated.
Copyright and other applicable intellectual property rights in original material created and owned by Hurstwood Consulting LLP are reserved to it. This includes protectable text, software, visual designs, brand materials, artwork, project presentations and the original selection and arrangement of this website.
Collaborators retain rights in their contributions unless those rights have been transferred by agreement. Third-party material, software, fonts, assets and brands remain the property of their respective rights holders and are subject to their applicable licences. This notice does not claim rights that do not exist or that belong to someone else.
04 / Viewing is not a licence to reuse
You may browse this site and share a link to it where you are authorised to do so. Access to a private version must not be shared with unauthorised viewers. No licence is granted to copy, republish, distribute, adapt, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit protected material, or to use it to reproduce a project or brand, without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.
This restriction applies to protected material made available through screenshots, demonstrations, downloadable files and source code as well as the visible pages. Credit alone does not replace permission. Separate written licences, including open-source licences, take precedence for the material they cover.
Nothing in this notice limits copying, quotation, accessibility uses or other activities permitted by applicable law. Ordinary technical copies needed to view the site are permitted.
05 / Ideas, designs & names
The projects and business concepts shown here are presented as Hurstwood Consulting LLP’s work or the collaborations described alongside them. No partnership, endorsement, licence or right to launch a business under a project’s identity is offered by their publication.
Copyright protects eligible original expression, not an abstract idea, fact, method or concept in itself. Other rights may apply to particular designs, inventions, names or confidential information where the legal requirements are met. This notice does not assert that a patent, registered design or registered trade mark exists.
Do not use project names, logos or materials in a way that infringes applicable rights or falsely suggests affiliation, authorship, sponsorship or endorsement.
06 / Automated reuse
To the extent permission from the rights holder is required by applicable law, no permission is granted to scrape or bulk-extract protected material, build datasets from it, or use it to train or fine-tune machine-learning systems. Any legally applicable exceptions remain unaffected.
07 / Prototypes & linked projects
Projects may be early experiments, unfinished prototypes or concept work. Images can depict proposed products or experiences rather than manufactured products or available services. Features, availability and business plans may change. Nothing on this site is a promise to supply a product, a professional recommendation or an offer of investment.
Linked project sites are separate experiences and may have their own terms, privacy notices and access requirements. Permission to view this site does not confer permission to access restricted parts of those services.
08 / Permissions & concerns
For permission to use material, or to raise an ownership concern, contact Hurstwood Consulting LLP at hello@twentytwo2.bar. Identify the material, its page address and the proposed use or basis of your concern. Permission must be confirmed in writing by the relevant rights holder; silence is not consent.
All available rights and remedies in respect of unauthorised use are reserved. This notice does not expand those rights beyond what applicable law permits.
09 / UK basis & international protection
This notice is framed by reference to United Kingdom copyright and intellectual property law and the law of England and Wales. Hurstwood Consulting LLP reserves its rights in the UK and internationally, wherever those rights are recognised under applicable national law and international treaties.
The availability, scope and enforcement of protection outside the UK depend on the law of the country concerned. This notice does not claim identical protection in every territory, override mandatory local law or remove any statutory right or exception.
10 / Imagery
Photography and artwork on this website include original photographs, adapted photographs and AI-generated imagery. Some images have been created or edited to convey the TwentyTwo-2 brand rather than document a particular venue or event.
